While companies report good results – high inflation, energy crisis, war and lower sentiment pushes the market lower – in the red. What is not always a bad thing.

Portfolio Value

My index is outperforming the OMX Baltic Benchmark GI, which I would compare it to, but important to note would be the fact that the components and structure differ significantly between them. So I wouldn’t consider it a great success. But a good benchmark, though.

Currently, it consists of 62 (???) shares. TPD1T, the third smallest holding has joined the list with 1 share, bought for 0.87 euro.

Monies in

  • 6.32 eur received from Tallinna Kaubamaja, TKM1T
  • 0.22 eur received from Delfingroup, DGR1R
  • 1.93 eur received from LHV Group, LHV1T
  • 11.22 eur received from Ignitis Grupe, IGN1L
  • 5.17 eur received from Siauliu Bankas, SAB1L
  • 0.09 eur received from Linda Nektar, LINDA.TL

In total 24.95 eur was received in April. It gives me 46.26% of last years total dividends.

Monies out

  • Bought 1 Enefit Green, EGR1T share @ 3.972 eur
  • Bought 1 Trigon Property Development, TPD1T share @ 0.866 eur
  • Bought 1 Delfingroup, DGR1R share @ 1.414 eur

Summary

After all transactions, April left me with 18.92 eur in cash. If I wasn’t as lazy as I was, I would’ve already utilised it all, but by May, I think, everything will be reinvested. Especially now, when the market is in a bearish trend.
